We advise and litigate on the full range of company-law issues under the Companies Act, 2013. This includes oppression and mismanagement petitions under Sections 241–242, rectification of the register under Section 59, reduction of share capital, revival of struck-off companies, compounding, and disputes before the Registrar of Companies and the Regional Director. Advisory work covers formation, corporate governance, board and shareholder meetings, directors’ duties, foreign investment and setting up subsidiaries. Clients are represented before the NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court. The aim is both to resolve existing disputes and to put in place structures that reduce the risk of future conflict.
